Nebraska.code() 2026: 360° Agile: Seeing the Whole Picture

Josh Angolano
Agile software development has promised a lot of things to a lot of people — predictability for business leaders, freedom from heavy up-front planning for engineering teams, and precisely the right product for customers. Rarely are all of these promises kept. This session examines all the stakeholders of a project and what they truly need for it to be successful, putting attendees in someone else’s shoes to understand their needs and think about software delivery differently. From how projects are funded through annual budgets to how engineering teams can communicate and deliver without compromising quality, the session covers the full picture — and explores how engineering and business can work together to ensure the promised customer experience is actually delivered. Expect real-world examples and interactive audience participation throughout.
This talk will be given at Nebraska.code() by Principal Engineer Josh Angolano of Lean TECHniques. To learn more click here.
