Lean Coffee: What Great Product & UX Collaboration Looks Like

Collaboration between UX and Product can look different from one organization to the next. What works in one might not in another. But finding the right way to work together is key to building the right solutions and delivering value to customers.

Experienced product and UX professionals are invited to Join Lean TECHniques for a virtual Lean Coffee on Wednesday, January 29th, to share stories, swap ideas, and explore what great collaboration really looks like. 

By learning from each other’s experiences, we can grow as individuals, strengthen our teams, and contribute to advancing our craft as a community.

This Lean Coffee will be hosted by:

To keep the conversation meaningful and give everyone room to share, attendance will be capped at 20 participants.

What is a Lean Coffee?

A Lean Coffee is a structured but informal way to have meaningful conversations. Instead of following a set agenda, participants suggest topics, vote on what they’re most interested in, and dive into discussions that matter most to the group. In this session, we’ll focus on sharing ideas and experiences around Product and UX collaboration, giving everyone a chance to explore the challenges and approaches that resonate with them.
