Humans crave certainty. Both in our personal and professional lives. But if we’ve learned anything in the last several years, the world tends to give us anything but that.

We are often looking for certainty when planning at work. We want to feel confident when communicating plans and progress. This often leads to heavier planning efforts. Yet, in software development, uncertainty abounds and the common response to “plan more” doesn’t typically help move us forward.

In this session, you’ll learn techniques that you can use to help your team plan and navigate through uncertainty. We’ll cover planning through multiple levels and discuss techniques to help your team move forward even when there are many unknowns.
