To support this work and the evolving needs of our clients, Lean TECHniques continued to grow and strengthen our own capabilities. Our team expanded by 21% year-over-year while maintaining 99% employee retention.

We also continued to deepen our technical leadership. Several team members renewed their Microsoft MVP designations, we maintained our AWS Advanced Tier Partner status and SOC 2 Type II compliance, and we expanded partnerships with companies like LaunchDarkly and Redgate. These investments ensure that the organizations we support have access to trusted guidance, proven practices, and the right tools for their environment.

As we reflect on the year, we’re proud to partner with a third of Iowa’s largest companies across manufacturing, agriculture, financial services, and retail, along with a strong community of SMBs statewide. Much of our growth continues to come through referrals and expanded engagements — something we view as a meaningful sign of trust and the consistency we work hard to bring to every relationship.
