We’re excited to announce that Lean TECHniques has been named a 2024 Top Workplace by Iowa Top Workplaces and the Des Moines Register!
Lean TECHniques ranked ninth out of 63 companies in the Small Business category (<150 Employees), and first in the Communication Category for superior scores in internal communication.
Lean TECHniques also scored in the top 25% of companies surveyed in the following categories:
- Clued-in Employees: Employees feel well-informed about important decisions at Lean TECHniques.
- Trusted Leader: Employees have confidence in the leadership of Lean TECHniques.
- Open-minded: Employees believe Lean TECHniques encourages different points of view.
- Innovation: Employees believe new ideas are encouraged at Lean TECHniques.
- Work-Life Balance: Employees have the flexibility they need to balance their work and personal life.
“At Lean TECHniques, we believe that everyone is the hero of their own story – especially the individuals who choose to join the Lean TECHniques team. We are committed to ensuring that Lean TECHniques is an inclusive organization where everyone can bring their authentic selves and push the limits of what’s possible,” said Lean TECHniques CEO, Brandon Carlson. “We ask our teammates to bring new ideas that challenge the status quo so we can build a new type of organization together. We know there is always room for improvement, and it’s something we actively work to do every day.”
This Top Workplaces designation is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey conducted by Energage, an organization specializing in workplace culture and employee engagement. The survey evaluated key aspects of workplace culture, including respect, support, growth opportunities, and overall employee satisfaction.
“In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.

While we’re happy to receive this recognition, the work doesn’t stop. We’re always working to get better and make Lean TECHniques an even better place to work. Interested in learning more about what it’s like at Lean TECHniques? Check out our LT Culture and Careers page.
