LT is the 2022 IT Service Provider Tech Company of the Year!

We’re not much for awards. In fact, they make us more than a little uncomfortable. (Humility is a core value of ours, you know?) But we will admit it’s pretty exciting to be named Technology Association of Iowa’s IT Service Provider Technology Company of the Year.

Mostly because it shines a light on the caliber and commitment of the people who matter most: our team members and clients.

Together, our teams and clients work to reject the status quo and are making technology a competitive advantage in organizations across this state and beyond. It’s vitally important work that is going to move this industry and state forward.

So what’s this award all about?

The IT Service Provider Technology Company of the Year Prometheus Award is presented by the Technology Association of Iowa to celebrate a company who helps clients optimize workloads, reduce internal business costs, decrease delivery time to market and/or protect infrastructure through internal software applications and other products or services.

As a software delivery and IT coaching consultancy, we focus every day on helping individuals, teams and organizations be successful and move technology from a cost center to a competitive advantage.

Achieving this today means supporting our clients through software delivery as well as IT modernization and digital transformation efforts, but we know that as fast as technology accelerates, how we can best support clients will likely look different tomorrow.

We are beyond grateful to receive this award. It’s a true testament to our curious crew and clients. When you get to know LT, though, you learn that continuous improvement and learning are central to who we are.

So as cool as this award is, we’re mostly eager and excited for what’s ahead. How will we improve tomorrow? Who can we help become the hero of their own story next? And, how can we continue to reject the status quo? We don’t have all the answers, but we know it’s going to be good.
